What is your return policy?

We proudly offer our customers high-quality products. However, suppose you like to return all or some of the items in your order for any reason. In that case, we will gladly have them back within 30 days after the delivery of the order and refund your money according to our Refund Policy.

Should I be worried about buying expiry dated products online?

We source almost all of our products directly from the manufacturers, and they usually have at least a one-year shelf life. We also ensure no product we ship to our customers has less than two months to the expiry date. Keep in mind; we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all your purchases.

What are the benefits of registering with Gourmet Passions?

We recommend our customer to register with us before placing an order. Registration will help you see your past orders, track the shipping process more manageable, and create wishlists. Also, subscribe to our newsletters will help our customers be informed about new products, special offers, etc.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we pack and ship it within 1-2 business days.

We use UPS or USPS for shipping. Shipping takes between 1-5 business days depending on the destination address and the shipping method selected at the checkout.

All shipments will have a tracking code that will be forwarded to you by e-mail as soon as an order is shipped.

I have received a tracking code from Gourmet Passions for my shipment. However, carrier could not located my shipment with this tracking code!

If you have just received the tracking code, it might take 3-6 hours for the carrier’s system to upload the data for tracking. You are kindly requested to check back later on. If it does not show up within 24 hours please let us know, so we will follow up on the shipment.

Do you ship to USPS PO Box addresses?

Yes, we can ship orders to US PO Box addresses via USPS. Please make sure to select one of the USPS shipping method at the checkout. If you select UPS, we will have to ship the package via USPS. UPS Ground does not deliver to USPS PO Boxes.

How do you determine the shipping charge?

The shipping charge is calculated based on total weight, dimensions, and destination. Once you enter your address at the check out page, you will see your order's shipping charge. Our shipping app gets this amount from the carrier based on the package's weight, dimensions, and destination address.

Per item shipping cost also reduces when you buy more items. For example, if you buy one unit of Pickled Garlic, you will pay $9.00 for shipping. If you buy two units, the shipping cost will be $14.00 total ($7.00 per unit). Or, if you buy six units, the shipping cost could be $24.00 ($4.00 per unit). So, it is always good to check and see how increasing the quantity will affect shipping costs.
